Here at Community Management Group, we manage communities in the greater Charleston area. We take the burden off of the volunteers in Condominium and Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs) by handling the day-to-day duties.

How do we do this?

Simple. We pay attention to everything, from top to bottom, from the inside out. Every community is different, and we work with the members of the HOA Board to provide their community with what they need. This might mean overseeing large and small maintenance projects, many handled by our crew of four maintenance techs. Or it might mean working with our Staff Horticulturist to keep community landscaped areas looking clean and inviting. Maybe it means taking care of communal pools, ponds, or lakes. Whatever it is, we will work with you and make sure it’s done right.
