That’s exactly the kind of attention the rails need. With proper care, we should never have to replace them and they were really going the extra mile to do it right!

I want to let you know how impressed I am with Lynnette. She amazes me with her wise advice. Her professionalism and patience are outstanding. I trust her judgment and depend on her suggestions. The Board of Directors/Lakes of Summerville just wanted you to know how pleased we are having CMG and especially Krista Westbury as the Homeowner’s Association’s Property Manager. She has always been accessible and takes care of things in an orderly and proficient manner with a positive and business-like manner. She lifts the burden homeowner’s can put onto the developer. We have enjoyed her unique personally and think the world of her. I am sure you appreciate her also but just wanted you to know how we feel.
I would like to express my appreciation for Mike Ferrazzano. He has always been a tremendous help to me and the board on issues to do with landscaping, irrigation etc. Mike is wonderful to work with. He is very professional and extremely responsive and creative. Recently, he has gone above and beyond in helping me get the exact right plan for beautifying the front entrance at a price we can afford and helping me to present it in a manner that will encourage the board members to approve it. Again, giving credit where credit is more then due.
I Love my neighborhood and couldn’t have better neighbors if I picked them out myself! Our CMG rep. Lynnette is the best ever!
The staff at CMG has been wonderful in guiding me to the right places to find the Summertrees rules and regulations on building our fence for our new 9-month old puppy and keeping Summertrees beautiful. If things can be pushed in the right direction to keep my property value high and my neighborhood looking great, I am all for CMG governing and appreciate their involvement in Summertrees. Lastly, I really appreciate CMG’s discussion with law enforcement to notify the residents of current and possible threats. Safety is #1 when it comes to our children!

Our Community is an up and coming community ….. with Phase 3 under construction, so is the new kiddie play area. We are grateful for the amenities in our community and CMG for their efforts to keep our community looking nice.
My husband and I own a unit at Radcliffe Place in W. Ashley. We have been very pleased with the service offered by Community Management Group. We had a large hole in the screening on our porch and it was fixed immediately. The grounds are kept up very well; glad to have your Company in charge!

Steve I just returned from vacation and went through my emails. The front of PH is lovely. I am very pleased with it. I worked very closely with both Mike and Lynnette on this project. I want to thank both Mike and Lynnette for all the work they did on seeing this new look come into being. Mike for his persistence, knowledge, creativity and interaction with the proposals and the landscape company and Lynnette for her constant push to have the board recognize the value of this project and to support it. If not for these two very capable people this might not have happened.

Thank you so very much for having the trees cut back off the road. When I went home for lunch I noticed it immediately and do appreciate ALL the help you have given me with this matter. There not many times in our industry we get a thank you, it’s always the opposite, however I want to say THANKS!
I just wanted to pass along that I did a walk through with the Board at the Colony at Heron yesterday and they are thrilled with the pine straw application. The straw looks great and it was a dramatic and immediate improvement to the property aesthetic.

We have had a great experience working with CMG. Our property manager A. Fitch is absolutely amazing. A real go-getter and very responsive. Our delinquent rate has decreased and the attention given to our community has been excellent.
After posting yesterday my concern about the mailboxes, I received an immediate response from our community manager at CMG. His manner was courteous and professional and he took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you. CMG benefits having employees like him. Well done CMG.
