Pool keys – New home buyers are sent one pool FOB by the White Gables HOA. Resale pool FOBS must convey at Closing.  If any FOB is lost or stolen or not conveyed at closing, a replacement is available for $25.00 payable to White Gables. Please follow this link to order a replacement amenity FOB.  Please note that if your FOB has been deactivated due to being in arrears with your HOA dues, a $15 reactivation fee will be required prior to the FOB being turned back on and ready for use.
